For our regular running items like the 011, 038, 048, and 7875 series, we maintain greige stock, so the MOQ for stock colors is highly flexible, usually 1500 meterts For custom weaving specifications or exclusive color dyeing, the MOQ is generally 3,000 meters.
Our standard export packing is fixed at 31 yards per bale. For specialized Bazin fabrics, we use heavy-duty hydraulic pressing to maximize container space. A 20ft container can generally load around 60,000 mts depending on the fabric weight.
We primarily ship from Qingdao Port. For regular running items, goods can be dispatched within 7 to 10 days. For custom OEM manufacturing, production cycles typically range from 25 to 40 days.
